Building on 37 years of success, WRG looks to future with new corporate identity
WRG (Wirt-Rivette Group) is pleased to announce the launch of a new corporate identity, website, and organizational structure that better encompasses the firm’s operations, investments, and growth strategy. Since its founding in 1984, the organization has grown through several brand chapters that have included Wirt Leasing, Wirt Financial Services, The Wirt-Rivette Group, and now, WRG. The new corporate identity and branding is reflective of the company’s growth which includes new partners in addition to foundational partners Steve and Dena Wirt and Clarence and Dr. Sara Rivette.
In addition to an updated brand and corporate identity, WRG has implemented a new organizational structure of three core divisions that more accurately represents the activities of the firm: WRG Development, WRG Senior Living, and WRG Finance Solutions.
WRG Development: From concept, to capital, to construction, WRG Development is a trusted real estate development partner and investor that provides the vision, capital solutions, and execution expertise to create outstanding spaces. WRG’s over 100-million-dollar development portfolio includes a diverse mix of medical, industrial, commercial/retail, senior living, and luxury residential.
WRG Senior Living: founded in 2014, WRG Senior Living has rapidly grown to include 6 senior living campuses throughout Michigan and over 350 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with a portfolio valuation of over $50 million. WRG continues to identify and structure new senior living investments and developments and provides ongoing operational management services, leading over 200 dedicated employees. WRG is proud to partner in several of these communities with major health systems including Covenant HealthCare, Sparrow Health System, and Marlette Regional Hospital.
WRG Finance Solutions: Since 1984, WRG has provided custom finance solutions for business clients which include equipment leasing, property financing, asset-based loans, real estate bridge loans, and other flexible lending products. WRG leverages private investor capital as well as warehouse credit facilities with partnering financial institutions to provide clients efficient access to the funding they need to grow their business. WRG proudly originates, underwrites, and services all transactions in-house, providing clients with unmatched, personalized service.
WRG’s cross-functional finance, accounting, and client service department provides the foundational support required to manage WRG’s three divisions. These activities include accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, tax management, insurance management, investor relations, and property management for over 70 LLC’s and affiliate companies.
WRG’s team includes managing partner Clarence Rivette, partners Donna Bacigalupo, Dan Bauer, Eric Finnigan, Brandon Loomis, and Nick Rivette, senior accountant Lynne Goldstein, and accounting specialist Alex Ouellette. WRG operates out of 2 offices in Saginaw, MI and Grand Rapids, MI with investments and operations throughout the state.
