Managing Partner, President

Clarence Rivette

Clarence Rivette has been president of WRG since joining the firm in 2005 in partnership with Stephen & Dena Wirt. Clarence is responsible for leading and developing the WRG associates and partners in achieving the organization’s vision, mission, and growth objectives. His areas of focus and expertise include:

• Leading and coaching colleagues to maximize their unique strengths in pursuit of their personal and the organization’s objectives.
• Capital, growth and investment strategy for WRG
• Lead continuous improvement and continuous learning spirit in the organization

Clarence holds a BA in Russian and East European Studies from the University of Michigan, is a former United States naval intelligence officer, and has traveled and visited 42+ countries.

Partner, Senior Vice President

Donna Bacigalupo

Donna Bacigalupo joined WRG in June 1989 and holds the position of Senior VP. Her roll with WRG includes managing residential, commercial properties as well as equipment leasing.

When not working Donna enjoys spending time with her family, friends, gardening, and walking.

Partner, Senior Vice President of Operations

Dan Bauer

Dan Bauer is our Senior VP of Operations. He been with WRG since being hired as a bookkeeper in 1991. Dan is responsible for leading our client services team and manages all aspects of the financial operations of our diverse growing organization.

Dan works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the accuracy of our client’s accounts and financial records. Dan has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University and enjoys watching sports, reading, and keeping informed on current events.

Partner, Director of Development

Eric Finnigan

Eric Finnigan is the Director of Development and has been part of the WRG team since 2006. Eric started as a college associate while obtaining his Bachelor’s degree from Northwood University where he graduated in 2008. In 2014 Eric opened our Grand Rapids office which has led to over $300 million in real estate developments. Eric is responsible for identifying, sourcing, negotiating and structuring investment opportunities.  Previous acquisition and development projects include residential, senior care, executive office, medical and industrial real estate.  Additionally, Eric negotiates RFP’s, potential site acquisitions and well as dispositions, renewal options, property expansions, landlord/tenant communication and other matters involving the WRG real estate portfolio.

Partner, Director of Finance and Investor Relations

Brandon Loomis

As Director of Finance and Investor Relations for WRG Brandon is responsible for real estate investment and development management activities.

With a primary focus on commercial real estate and senior care & housing, his primary objective is to identify and execute investment and development opportunities that are consistent with the growth goals of WRG and its joint venture partners.

His role includes transaction and financial analysis, underwriting, joint venture structuring, project management, budgeting, proforma modeling, and the structuring of project debt and equity for WRG and its partners.

Brandon is a graduate of Northwood University with a degree in finance, and he has been with WRG since 2014. 

Partner, Director of Senior Living

Nick Rivette

Nick Rivette is the Director of Senior Living. His focus includes executive level strategic, financial, and HR management of WRG’s independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities throughout Michigan with 500+ apartments and over 250 employees. Nick also assists in identifying, evaluating, and structuring new investment opportunities in senior living and other industries.

Nick joined WRG in 2017, and prior career experience included global marketing and sales assignments with CPG brands including Procter & Gamble, Reynolds Consumer Goods, and ABInBev.

Nick holds a BA in Southeast Asian Studies from the University of Michigan.

Accounting Specialist

Alex Ouellette

Alex fulfills a vital role as an Accounting Specialist within our Senior Living and commercial property divisions, actively contributing to the daily operational functions. His responsibilities extend to providing essential support to our executive directors by delivering timely reports and facilitating crucial budget forecasting, which significantly impacts the success of our communities. Alex became a valued member of the WRG team in June 2020, drawing on his valuable experience gained with a reputable CPA Firm. His academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Concordia University Ann Arbor, which he completed in May 2019.
